We will require you to return the incorrect product in its original condition and packaging, and upon verification, we will either send you the correct product or provide you with a refund.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from us, please contact our customer support within 30 days of receiving the product. If applicable, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product in its original condition and packaging. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product (excluding shipping costs), subject to the conditions outlined below.
